This verse is what our youth group strives to be about here at First Baptist Whitewright. We believe that if we have a spirit of unity and follow our Lord and Savior we can impact a lost world. My desire is that as a youth group we would shine Christ's love to a dying community, a dying nation and a dying world. IJohn 4:12 tells us that, "no one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us." If we truly will love one another then others will see God's love in us. Our youth want others to see Christ in them. We want to provide a place where teenagers can come together with a common purpose, in a safe environment, with the desire to strengthen their relationship with each other and with Christ.
Our Weekly Schedule:

Sunday School - 9:30am @ the Community Center
Girls Life Group - 5:30pm @ Lisa Threadgill's house
Guys Life Group - 5:30pm @ the Community Center
Wednesday
BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 2nd, 2009:
First Wednesday Family Night In Fellowship Hall 5:30-7:30
Third Wednesday Community Ministry Project 6:30-7:30
OTHER Wednesdays: Worship @ Community Center 6:30-7:30
EVERY Wednesday: Meal in Fellowship Hall 5:30-6:15 $4.00/person
Yearly Activities:
Planet Wisdom Conference, World Changers Mission Trip, 30 Hour Famine, Disciple Now Weekend, Super Bowl Party, Christmas Party, Concerts, Broomball, Whirleyball and game nights and fellowship times at the Community Center
We truly strive to have unity and would love for you to be a part of our ministry. If you are in grades 7-12 we would love for you to join us as we do all we can to impact our homes, schools and community.
